Cindy Randolph, Senior Vice President, Operations
Cindy joined Bader Company in 1987, with extensive experience in personal lines from Allstate and Great American Insurance Companies. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent, with a background in underwriting and operations. She ensures that the Bader Company expertise focuses on client needs. |
Mike Gilbert - CPCU, Senior Vice President, Sales
Mike joined the Commercial Sales staff in 2002 after more than 29 years with Factory Mutual, most recently in the Chicago area. He has extensive knowledge of underwriting and has grown
the Bader commercial division threefold
in two years. He oversees both divisions of our sales department: Self Storage (tenant and commercial) and Multifamily (apartment renters insurance programs.) He holds a BS from Purdue University. |
Ray Sakowski, Vice President, Underwriting
Ray joined Bader in 2002 after 10 years with Assurant Group in Miami, FL.
Prior to that, he was with Voyager
Insurance, which became part of American Bankers Insurance Group in Miami, Florida, (one of the two leading U.S. credit-related insurers,) which was then combined with American Security Group to form Assurant Group. |
Toni Bader, Vice President, Marketing
Toni joined the firm in 1998 after nine years with Borders Book Shop, where she worked five years as the local Public Relations Director. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years marketing and fund-raising for non-profit organizations. She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

David Doerner - CPA, CFO & Controller
David earned his CPA designation after receiving his BS in Accounting from Indiana University. He manages the Accounting and IT departments and has over a dozen years of experience with an extensive background working with entrepreneurial companies. |
Robert Benavides, National Sales Manager for Renters Insurance
Robert has had a successful career at an executive level in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Bader Company, his position as VP of Sales & Marketing with a privately held POS hardware manufacturing and distribution firm, and most recently as Director of Major Accounts and Sales Management for Western Union Corporation make him a perfect complement to the established Bader Sales Team. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University.

Paul Cardamon - CPCU, National Sales Manager for Storage Insurance 
Paul brings expert Commercial Insurance experience to the
company and is responsible for the future growth of the Bader national self-storage programs.
He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and has worked as a commercial insurance broker for over 26 years. He holds a BBA in Insurance and Finance from the University of Iowa.

Amy Maymon, Client Services Manager
Amy oversees both the Customer Relations and Policy Issue teams. She joined Bader Company in 2003 with experience and knowledge in the insurance industry, including a background in Special Investigation of claims. She was previously the Claims Manager at Bader Company. Amy attended Indiana University Southeast and is a licensed Adjuster. |
Jeff Cook, IT Manager
Jeff joined Bader Company in 2005. He has extensive experience with network administration and application development. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University. |
John Gulyas, Staff Counsel
John is Bader Company’s Staff Counsel. Prior to joining Bader, he was with the Indiana Department of Insurance. John earned his BA Degree from Indiana University and received his Law Degree from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. He is a Member of the Indiana Bar and the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Bobbie Jackson, Director of Human Resources
Bobbie joined the Bader Company in 2004 and is responsible for all of the company’s human resource programs. She has in-depth experience in Human Resource Management and has worked for privately owned companies since 1980. Bobbie holds a BS Degree from Indiana University and has her PHR and SPHR Certifications. |
